Wordz modes and languages

The three modes

The letters drawn are all different, picked at random according to how frequent they are in the dictionary's language: common letters come up more often. The app only keeps a draw if it allows enough words, then places the words to find.

Circle

The 6 letters are laid out in a circle. You slide from one letter to another in any order: all the letters touch each other, but each one can only be used once per word. Going back to the second-to-last letter removes the last letter selected from the current word.

With these letters, 25 words from the French dictionary can be formed: the full game is in the examples.

Grid

A 5 × 5 grid of letters, drawn from 10 letters. The words to find are placed in it square by square; the remaining squares get random letters. Words are traced from one adjacent square to the next, diagonals included.

Score

The grid is drawn as in Grid, but the screen shows no crossword: any dictionary word traced in the grid earns its points, and a history shows the latest words found. No perfect bonus: the game lasts 6 minutes, no matter what.

The dictionaries

The dictionary decides which words are accepted and how much the letters are worth. It is chosen separately from the interface language (46 languages and variants): changing one does not change the other. Number of words of 3 to 15 letters, those that can be traced:
